Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns/ refunds on items simply unwanted/ if you have changed your mind. 

However, for items that are defective of damaged please be assured that we will assist you with an exchange or full refund.

Faulty/ Damaged Lashes

At WUMI Lashes, it is important to us that each lash we send out will make our loves feel their best. This is why when processing every order we thoroughly inspect each lash before sending it to you. 

Please keep in mind that, all of our lashes are not made by machines and are handcrafted with love so it is not uncommon if each one is slightly different; though this would only be minor.

If you have received a faulty/ damaged item please let us known within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only offer exchanges if lashes are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace your lash for the same item, please contact us at help.wumilashes@gmail.com
