Need to change my address/ cancel my order
Please contact wumilashes@gmail.com within an hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel or make any changes to the address - with the subject 'Urgent - address change' or 'Urgent - cancel my order'. Unfortunately, if we have already processed your order, no changes can be applied.
Haven't received my order confirmation email
If you have not received an email confirming your order do not worry. Simply send an email to wumilashes@gmail.com and we can re-send this to you.
My discount has not been applied to my order at checkout
Please note that only one discount code can be applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied to items included in a promotional offer or sale items, unless stated otherwise.
There is an error with my order
We are sorry there has been an error with your order. Please send an email to wumilashes@gmail.com along with images of the item/s received and the packaging slip, so that we can look into this for you.
My order has arrived damaged / faulty
We are very sorry that your lashes arrived damaged / faulty. Please view our 'returns & exchanges' policy or contact us at wumilashes@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.
Can I return?
Due to hygiene reasons returns/ refunds cannot be issued on items simply unwanted/ if you have changed your mind. For more information please view our 'returns & exchanges' policy.
My order has not arrived
At WUMI Lashes we work very hard to get your lashes to you as soon as possible. If you have not received your order within 4 working days of your order please contact us at wumilashes@gmail.com
